2. Partnership Cancellation

We understand that business needs evolve, and we offer flexibility for terminating partnerships with Expedition Go Tours Ltd. Below are the options available to you:

a) Termination with Notice

  • 90 days’ notice:
Either party can terminate the partnership with a written notice of at least 90 days before the desired end date. This ensures both parties have time to wind down operations and fulfill any outstanding obligations.

b) Immediate Termination for Breach of Terms

  • If either party breaches the terms of the partnership agreement (e.g., failure to meet financial obligations or breach of confidentiality), the affected party may terminate the agreement immediately. A written notice of termination will be provided in such cases.

c) Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)

  • If either party is unable to perform their obligations due to external factors such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, we can discuss mutually agreed-upon termination or suspension of the partnership. Both parties will work together to find a fair solution.

d) Post-Termination Responsibilities

  • After the termination of a partnership, all outstanding payments, deliverables, and other obligations must be settled. Both parties must also return or destroy all confidential information and intellectual property as per the terms of the partnership agreement.

3. Rescheduling or Rebooking Tours

If you need to reschedule your tour, we will do our best to accommodate you on a different date. Please note that availability may be limited, and rescheduling may incur additional fees, depending on the tour and the notice provided.
